OUR IMPACT

We provide strategic employment law counsel and support to all divisions across Goldman Sachs. Our team handles employment-related litigation, including class actions and regulatory matters, and works closely with the Human Capital Management Division to provide advice and strategic input on employee relations matters.

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide employment law advice and support to various business groups within the firm.
  • Handle employment-related disputes, including managing external counsel and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Review and monitor employment law developments and advise on potential impact on the firm's HCM strategy.
  • Coordinate with other relevant groups throughout the firm to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Uphold the firm's principles, business controls, ethics, policies, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable employment law advisory and litigation experience gained in private practice or in-house.
  • PQE 5+ preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business groups.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with ability to respond calmly and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
