Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Hilton St Georges Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing and training the kitchen brigade, and ensuring consistency in quality of dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to menu creation and development
- Manage and train the kitchen brigade to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Manage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Junior Sous Chef
- Ensure resources meet business needs through effective management of working rota
- Support brand standards through training and assessment of team members
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue

Requirements- Strong Chef de Partie or previous Junior Sous Chef experience
