About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our client's dynamic team. Our client's private facility provides acute mental health and addiction inpatient treatment within a 35-bed hospital, as well as a strong day and outpatient programme with a range of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, art therapy, DBT, and EMDR. They seek individuals who are motivated by helping patients make significant strides on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives and programmes
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin or be in the process of revalidation
  • Proven experience in mental health nursing, ideally within an inpatient or community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and recovery
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
