Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our project in Norwich.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Salary: £55,000 basic plus competitive package. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and private health insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
