Brand Merchandising Specialist

As a seasoned Brand Merchandising Specialist at Martignetti Corp., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic merchandising initiatives. Based in the Boston area, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the optimal distribution strategy for Quality Beverage products across our target markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, ensuring seamless execution of merchandising plans.
- Create visually appealing displays that capture customer attention and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels and stock coolers accurately to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Support the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, including event management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to optimize our strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with sales data analysis tools and software.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and registration required.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
