About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver care and supervise your team members
  • Identify areas of change and implement learning and teaching objectives
  • Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
  • Embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all those within your room
  • Conduct team appraisals and ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed
About You
  • Level 3 or above qualification in early years
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
