Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School by Storal. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators, delivering high-quality care and education to children, and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives, ensuring all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences.
  • Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
  • Conduct team appraisals and ensure all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed.

About You:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
