E-commerce Strategic Lead

- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility on Amazon.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align e-commerce strategies, enhance product listings, and leverage Amazon's services to drive sustainable growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon, extracting maximum value from services like Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
- Promotional and Advertising Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of PPC advertising campaigns, promotional events, and merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve ROI.
- P&L Management: Manage the customer P&L with accountability for revenue, spend, and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of success in managing Amazon and other marketplace accounts, with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Expertise in SEO strategies, PPC advertising, and content optimisation to drive visibility, sales, and ROI.
- Strong P&L management experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and trade spend management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, and business planning to deliver integrated commercial plans.
