- Lead the planning and execution of PPC advertising campaigns, promotional events, and merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve ROI
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and ROI, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management
- Work closely with Global, Category, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to align strategies, optimize the product portfolio, and ensure successful product launches
- Manage the customer P&L with accountability for revenue, spend, and profitability targets
- Implement global e-commerce strategies, including assortment, pricing, and promotional plans, while considering local market specifics
- Turn sales plans into accurate forecasts in collaboration with business planning teams, ensuring alignment with supply chain and inventory strategies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Proven track record of success in managing Amazon and other marketplace accounts, with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
- Expertise in SEO strategies, PPC advertising, and content optimization to drive visibility, sales, and ROI
- Strong P&L management experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and trade spend management
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, and business planning to deliver integrated commercial plans
