Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in St Albans, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting up to five children and young people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready for school, preparing meals, household chores, and more.
During the school holidays and weekends, you may have the opportunity to support one of the young people to go to the beach, theme parks, and other exciting activities.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and has a positive attitude, good customer service skills, and is willing to learn.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that celebrates differences and strives to make all staff feel included, valued, and respected.
