Senior Support Worker - Enhance Lives

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in St Albans. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our service users, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and managing finances

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities
