Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Mile House Lane, our residential service in St Albans. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with autism and challenging behaviors to gain independence in their daily lives
  • Assist with supervision, training, and induction of new colleagues
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve service goals
