About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development Expert to join our team in London. As a key member of our Product Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new alternative credit products in Europe. With a primary focus on Direct Lending, CLOs, and Structured Credit, you will work closely with stakeholders to agree commercial terms, target investor markets, and structure products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of competitive launches, market trends, structural innovation, and evolving regulatory changes. You will also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, will help drive business results and growth.
