Operations Associate, Rider Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Associate to join our Rider Onboarding and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our onboarding funnels to ensure we meet our rider supply target for our global markets while ensuring a compliant and smooth experience for our applicants.
As part of the Rider Services Centre, you will work closely with the Delivery Operations team and local markets on projects focused on execution excellence, process improvements, and new compliance initiatives. You will use analytics to identify areas for improvement and oversee data-driven solutions to increase conversion and velocity at which our applicants become riders.
You will be an important touch point for our vendors, improving how we communicate, managing weekly planning, and ensuring targets are met. You will also analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build large-scale global projects related to rider onboarding and compliance pipelines and process standardization.
- Work with the Delivery Operations team and local markets on projects focused on execution excellence, process improvements, and new compliance initiatives.
- Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and oversee data-driven solutions to increase conversion and velocity at which our applicants become riders.
- Manage weekly planning and ensure targets are met.
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an operational role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Sheets formulas.
- Curious, thoughtful, and happy to question the status quo.
- Able to explain complex processes to a range of partners in a way that can paint a clear picture, helps us solve a problem, get executive support, or train new team members.
