About the Role


We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our discovery team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale eDiscovery projects and teams. You will lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, engage directly with clients, and ensure timely and efficient delivery while upholding the highest quality standards.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Team & Resource Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of eDiscovery matters, including resourcing, review quality, client billing, and reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, training, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service. Build and nurture client relationships, demonstrating capabilities and developing proposals for new clients.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to overall service excellence by developing strategies for process improvement and aligning with industry best practices.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert on eDiscovery workflows, technology, and processes, providing thought leadership and guidance to both internal teams and clients.


Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in eDiscovery, including experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree (qualified lawyer or Law Degree preferred)
  • Location: London-based, with the ability to work from offices two days per week.
  • Technology Expertise: Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity, with hands-on experience in applying analytics tools like TAR, Early Case Assessment, Clustering, and Concept Searching.
  • Client Engagement: Strong client-facing skills, with experience in managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.
  • People Management: Proven ability to resource, manage, and motivate large teams under tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A sharp eye for detail, coupled with the ability to identify trends and strategic opportunities.


Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
