We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Quicklet Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality inspection reports to ensure that properties are in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Carrying out routine inspections to identify any potential issues and to ensure that properties are being maintained to a high standard.
  • Managing and processing maintenance requests to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Instructing and coordinating with contractors to ensure that maintenance work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Requirements:

  • A clean UK driving license to enable you to travel to properties and conduct inspections.
  • Accredited property exams or 1 year of property management experience to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in property management.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • A proactive and positive approach to any task you undertake, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Self-awareness and humility to recognize the importance of feedback and to be open to learning and development opportunities.
