- Implement manufacturing excellence systems across the site, delivering sustained improvements and standards.
- Lead the Manufacturing Excellence Systems Programme to develop performance, standards, and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment targets by driving site compliance with legislation and internal Company Standards.
- Manage day-to-day complexities in a busy operational environment to deliver high-quality products safely.
Earn an estimated annual salary of £55,000-£60,000, plus a competitive rewards package including shift allowance, bonus, product allowance, parental leave, private medical insurance, share options, and pension scheme.
