We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a European Responsible Gambling Support Advisor. As a key member of our specialist team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in the Greek language.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Greek, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and escalation of queries where necessary.
  • Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts as required.
  • Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Greek.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to put the customer first and a passion for adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident decision-making skills to support our customers.
