About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients recovering from brain injuries and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
  • Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.
