About the Role- Deliver Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 5, including Functional Skills English and Maths
- Work with learners in their place of work, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they meet the required standards
- Contribute to the development of our training programs and materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a Health and Social Care setting (Deputy Manager or higher)
- UK driving license and use of own car
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary (£27k - £28k, depending on experience and qualifications)
