About the Role

As a Social Worker at Elysium Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Your role will involve providing care and support to service users with complex needs, including those with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), and Deaf Mental Health problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex caseload and conduct social care assessments, risk assessments, and facilitate group activities.
  • Contribute to Interdisciplinary Care (ICR) meetings and support service users in making viable plans for their future.
  • Liaise with home authorities and manage internal investigations.
  • Participate in 1:1 supervision and educate hospital staff on relevant safeguarding matters.

Requirements

  • Social Work England registration.
  • A Social Work degree.
  • Experience within a similar environment.
