About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Play and Youth Clubs Support Worker at White Lodge Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support children and young people by facilitating engaging play and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with play and youth club supervisors to ensure the children and young people's safety and promote their personal development.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
  • Provide support during meals, considering dietary and cultural needs.

Requirements:

  • A desire to ensure disabled people have access to the same opportunities as others.
  • An enjoyment of working with young people.
  • Good play and engagement skills.
  • A good level of IT literacy.
