Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker for Young People to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Support and safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people, ensuring their safety and overall development.
- Assist with daily routines, including community and educational activities, promoting positive outcomes.
- Organize and facilitate social activities, developing strong relationships with service users.
- Transport children and young people as required, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to implement safe practices, adhering to industry standards.
Possible Salary Range: £13.15 - £15.25 per hour, depending on location and experience.
Requirements- Previous experience working with children and/or young adults is desirable.
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Child & Young Peoples Workforce (CYP) would be an advantage.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory upon registration.
- A full UK Driving License is desirable, depending on the specific requirements of the role.
