About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the creation and development of the quality, accreditation, and student experience elements of the School of Health and Care's business plan. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to ensure outstanding student experience throughout the School's transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve student experience and quality
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to ensure the School's business plan aligns with the wider Education Group Strategy
- Lead the development and delivery of curriculum, transnational education partnerships, and international commercial projects
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organisations in relation to teaching, learning, and assessment, student satisfaction, and quality and accreditation
- PhD or equivalent level of professional experience in the relevant subject area
- Postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject area
- Experience of collaborating with relevant professional bodies and regulators
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Competitive salary range from £83,872 up to £91,590 (dependent on experience)
