**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical expertise in contract management, including drafting and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, promoting awareness of the Supply Chain Management function.

• Work closely with the Category Management and Procurement Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective control of risk and compliance.

• Support the development of best practice reporting for Supply Chain Management, working alongside category management and business cost analyst teams to define standard metrics and KPIs.

• Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to support continuous improvement in source-to-pay processes, supplier risk management, and relationship management.

• Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, quality, and ethics, demonstrating positive behaviors in line with company standards.

**Requirements:**

• Active SC Clearance is required for this role.

• Strong technical expertise in contract management, supply chain processes, and business reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and benchmarking to support continuous improvement.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and alignment with Category Management and Procurement Operations teams.
