Regional HR Advisor

As a Regional HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the North Region of our company, which comprises approximately 2000 employees. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in this region, working closely with the HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Attraction and Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of HR systems, including HRIS, Excel spreadsheets, filters, and VLOOKUPs, to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity, and foster a positive work culture.
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualification: Possess a CIPD qualification or be working towards one, with a strong desire to learn and develop HR skills.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrate a strategic mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of industry regulations and company policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive HR initiatives.
