Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a mental health hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
