Part-Time Finance Administrator for People and Development Team

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is circa £18,000, based on a 3-day workweek.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator to provide financial and HR administration support within the People and Development team. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the HR and Finance teams to manage invoice processing and general HR and Finance Administration
- Processing invoices, generating, and allocating Purchase Order numbers to invoices and specific suppliers
- Client liaison, dealing with invoicing and Purchase Order queries, both internal and external
- Administration and maintenance of the invoicing system
- General HR Administration and ad hoc tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong billing/invoicing experience
- Strong MS Excel and CRM skills
- Yardi would be preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
- Proven time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation, and drive for results
