The estimated annual salary for this role is circa £18,000, based on a 3-day workweek.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator to provide financial and HR administration support within the People and Development team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the HR and Finance teams to manage invoice processing and general HR and Finance Administration
  • Processing invoices, generating, and allocating Purchase Order numbers to invoices and specific suppliers
  • Client liaison, dealing with invoicing and Purchase Order queries, both internal and external
  • Administration and maintenance of the invoicing system
  • General HR Administration and ad hoc tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong billing/invoicing experience
  • Strong MS Excel and CRM skills
  • Yardi would be preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
  • Proven time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation, and drive for results
