As a Credit Controller with QBE Insurance Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the prompt collection and reconciliation of premiums, minimisation of bad debts, and maximisation of cash flow. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will take full ownership of the Broker Accounts and review all escalated unidentified cash or debt where there are collection difficulties to ensure these are cleared at the earliest opportunity.

You will analyse all process-related data, highlighting areas of concern and proposing working solutions where applicable. Ensuring quality and timely data capture across all processes is accurate enabling effective MI. Comprehensive training will be provided, and an additional language - ideally Italian or German, Spanish, French, Swedish, Danish - is highly desirable. Experience using MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is essential, and experience working within insurance will be advantageous, ideally underwriting administration and/or credit control experience within the Commercial/London Insurance market.
