Credit Controller Job Description

The Woodland Group is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join their team on a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for collecting and allocating cash, sending statements to customers, and dealing with payments and contra movements. You will also be expected to manage unallocated cash, identify payments, and resolve posting errors. Additionally, you will actively seek to resolve credit control issues and problem accounts, monitor and manage the credit control inbox, and process all aspects of month-end. You will also be required to liaise with the bank when issues arise and post recharge invoices to the sales ledger.

About You

You will have a strong credit control background and be meticulous with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will also need to be able to work in a team environment and be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
