We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at one of our new homes. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of children and young people aged 5-17 who require a supportive environment due to Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing admission protocols and care plans, fulfilling health, education, and training needs of children, and engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a childcare setting and hold or be willing to achieve an NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.

Key Requirements:

  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a childcare setting.
  • NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
