Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and care navigation skills
  • Working alongside our friendly and supportive team of receptionists
  • Using Emis Web clinical system and other administrative tools
  • Issuing prescription requests via EPS
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

About Us

Vista Road Surgery is a friendly practice consisting of 5 GP Partners, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, 1 GPA, in-house mental health practitioners, and physiotherapists. We have a Reception team and an Admin team, and experience of working within a GP practice is essential.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Emis Web clinical system and other administrative tools
  • Flexibility and willingness to share cover of sickness and annual leave
