We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building a client base from scratch, generating leads through cold calling and social media channels, and account managing and retaining clients to benefit from recurring revenue.
About the Role:
- Create, develop, and deliver a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients to identify new business opportunities
- Visit clients that fit the target profile to build relationships and close deals
- Account manage clients to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
- Self-motivated and resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed targets
- Able to work on your own initiative to drive results and achieve goals
