B2B Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Platinum Resourcing (UK) Ltd.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for managing all incoming enquiries via phone and email, building long-term relationships with clients, and delivering accurate pricing and order tracking.
Fully office-based in High Wycombe, with a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and responding to inbound telesales enquiries via phone and email
- Working alongside the estimating team on technical pricing enquiries
- Pro-actively following up estimates until conversion
- Tracking and managing live enquiries from estimate to order, project managing any delays or changes
- Identifying sales leads through desktop research
- Providing sales admin support, including order processing and CRM management
- High energy, passionate, collaborative, tenacious, and resilient
- Inquisitive, innovative, and problem-solving personality
- Drive and ambition to take responsibility for the role
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confidence and capability to engage with people at all levels
