Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Staffbase Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting machinery sales throughout the UK and performing effective business development activities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the machinery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
