Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Staffbase Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of automated machinery. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting machinery sales throughout the UK, working closely with the directors to achieve business development goals.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase machinery sales in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales of capital equipment machinery. A knowledge of food packaging and/or processing machinery is desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of the business.
