Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Analysis and Strategy: Analyze historical data and monitor demand patterns to develop effective revenue management strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning decisions.
- Yield Management and Pricing: Implement yield management, pricing, and positioning tactics to optimize revenue and maximize profitability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in rate loading within our Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS).
- Pricing Data Management: Maintain the integrity of our pricing data.
Requirements:
- Revenue Management Experience: Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimization, and market positioning.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
- Collaborative Environment: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
