Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Support Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to the Clinical Photography team, ensuring the accurate documentation of patient medical history and lesion-specific information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process data and information from clinical photographic requests using a range of computer systems in a timely manner, adhering to data protection and security protocols.
  • Utilize specialist software to process images and lesion reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaise with administration, clinical staff, support staff, patients, and relatives regarding the Teledermatology service, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Receive and process information in accordance with Trust Policies and comply with the Data Protection Act.
  • Act as an ambassador for the department, promoting services and ensuring a high-quality, secure, and efficient service.
  • Undertake statutory training as required, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and Trust policy.
  • Provide reception services, meeting and greeting patients and staff, and assist with the image management process.
  • Manage the electronic departmental diary, taking bookings and requests, and forwarding to staff.

A strong understanding of data protection and security protocols is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
