Job Summary:

Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and providing financial guidance across various projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of financial plans and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to inform business decisions and drive performance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget variances, cash flow statements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • CIMA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
