About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our team at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering financial reporting and analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support our Supply Chain management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Finance Manager in delivering financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to Supply Chain management teams across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure effective financial controls are maintained and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting and reporting experience within a large company environment.
  • Fully qualified (or very close to qualification) with a professional accounting certification (CIMA or ACCA).
  • Good IT and strong MS Office skills.
  • Relevant experience within a fast-paced business environment.
