Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy, focusing on both local and national market presence to drive sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive individual to join our team and help shape the role. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-touchpoint campaigns that spark interest and drive pipeline acceleration through the creation of relevant and interesting content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that reflects the diverse offering of the hotel
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to identify and create engaging content for social media and digital channels
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow
