**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa team as a Marketing and Sales Professional. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving a marketing strategy that reflects the diverse offering of the hotel, focusing on both local and national market presence to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a proactive approach to driving a marketing strategy that showcases the hotel's unique offerings.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to create and launch multi-touchpoint campaigns that spark interest and drive pipeline acceleration.
  • Design and execute marketing programmes that are relevant and interesting to our target audience.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to identify and develop new ideas and content that brings the hotel's story to life through social media and digital channels.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

  • A 'fresh thinker' with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and excite the hotel team to gain content under pressure.
  • A good understanding of the digital landscape and a passion to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the hotel's overall success.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 (full-time equivalent) pro-rata based on 24 hours per week.
