Job Overview

Professional Case Management is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. As a Paediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting home visits for clinical trials in Preston, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits for clinical trials in Preston, Lancashire
  • Perform full head-to-toe physical assessments with children, including venepuncture and phlebotomy
  • Collect accurate, detailed patient records, including documentation of medical history and medication charting
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality clinical trial visits

Requirements:

  • BSc Nursing (paediatric registration) and current NMC paediatric PIN registration with no restrictions
  • Competency in performing head-to-toe physical assessments with patients
  • A clean DBS check with no safeguarding bars or unspent criminal convictions
  • Two years of Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw experience, including venepuncture
  • Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
