Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Halfords. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores in the absence of the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Ensure the store is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve store performance.
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and sales analysis.
