Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Manager at H&T Pawnbrokers, you will play a key role in leading a team of outstanding store colleagues who provide essential services to their local communities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of daily processes and contribute to the growth of the business.

Job Specifications
Job Title: Deputy Manager
Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours
Salary: £25,975. - £27,500.00 per annum
Location: Bedford
We offer a quarterly performance-related bonus (up to £2.4k per annum) and a range of other benefits, including 30 days holiday (including bank holidays and increasing with length of service) and the flexibility to buy and sell days.

About You
We are seeking a Deputy Manager with experience in a team leader or deputy manager role. You will have excellent relationship-building skills, a drive to mentor and support your colleagues, and enjoy working in a busy environment. Saturday working will be required.
We are currently seeking a Romanian Speaker due to the customer base of the store, but this is not essential. If you are multilingual, this is an added bonus.
