Deputy Store Manager

At Halfords, we're looking for a talented Deputy Supervisor to join our team. As a Deputy Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of store colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective store deployment plans to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Support the recruitment, development, and management of store colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Drive engagement and motivation within the team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to share best practices and improve store performance.
- Experience in a retail leadership role, ideally in a sales environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
