Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
  • Conduct site inductions for subcontractors and ensure they are aware of site-specific safety procedures
  • Attend weekly subcontractor meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents on site
  • Manage health and safety on site, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including scheduling and procurement of materials

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS Manager Card
  • 1st Aid at Work certification
  • Experience of site managing high-quality Cat B office fit-outs, including reviewing and approving RAMS, conducting site inductions, and managing health and safety on site
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with project management software
  • Local to site (1 hour maximum commute)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience managing BREEAM projects
  • Experience using Procore Project Management software
  • Experience using 1Breadcrumb H&S Integration Software
  • Fire Marshall certification
  • 5 years' experience in commercial and fit-out projects
