About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Support Specialist to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Accommodation Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their housing needs, working closely with probation practitioners to create tailored accommodation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans that meet their specific needs.
  • Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need, to ensure effective support.
  • Record progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner using our case management system.
  • Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns, and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of accommodation, including legislation, is desirable.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
