As an Accommodation Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their housing needs, working closely with probation practitioners to create tailored accommodation plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans that meet their specific needs.
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need, to ensure effective support.
- Record progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner using our case management system.
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Experience or knowledge of accommodation, including legislation, is desirable.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
- A competitive salary of £23,088 - £24,801 per annum, dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off, with the opportunity to buy additional leave.
- 2 Volunteer Days.
