Universal Metro Asian Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that serves immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CCP Supervisor I. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment and be fluent in Spanish. The role involves supervising Homecare Supervisors, preparing schedules, monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems, and conducting quarterly visits to Family Homecare Aides. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to work autonomously. The salary for this position is $40,000 per year. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation. The ideal candidate will be able to work as a productive team member and have a strong ability to be a self-starter. The organization is a small, family-run organization, and the employee will need to be able to work autonomously and have a strong ability to be a self-starter. The role involves assisting with pre-employment and semi-annual trainings as deemed necessary and attending meetings, conferences, or any job-related presentation deemed necessary on behalf of the agency as assigned by the Executive Director and or Immediate Supervisor. The candidate should have a strong ability to be a productive team member and have a strong ability to work autonomously. The role requires a physical exam (no more than 6 months prior to employment) and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to be a self-starter and have initiative and lots of follow-through.
