CCP Supervisor I

Universal Metro Asian Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that aims to serve immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe.

The CCP Supervisor I will be responsible for supervising Homecare Aides and ensuring they follow their programmed schedule for each participant assigned.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing a schedule of Homecare Aides for the participant being served in the Santrax/Sandata Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system
• Monitoring the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Sandata/Santrax system to ensure Homecare Aides are following their programmed schedule
• Writing memos in the EVV system for any schedule/service deviation
• Reviewing the Monthly Activity Task Report to ensure it coincides with the Plan of Care for each participant
• Conducting quarterly unannounced visits to Family Homecare Aides
• Assisting with pre-employment and semi-annual trainings
• Attending meetings, conferences, or job-related presentations as assigned

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment
• Physical exam within the past 6 months
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and results-driven
• Ability to be a productive team member
• Fluency in Spanish is required

Salary: $40,000 per year
